RESTRICTED USE OF FILES
Under no circumstances may User, and User specifically agrees not to (and not to allow or suffer others to):
- pass/resell/sublicense a File along with the rights on it to third parties;
- use a File in a way that will enable a third-party to gain access to it for further use;
- place an unmodified File in electronic form (web sites, presentations, etc.) of more than 1024 x 768 pixels;
- use a File for the creation of a trademark, logotype, or company name;
- use a File for indecent or immoral purposes;
- use a File for any illegal purpose;
- use a File in products of racial nature, with the purpose of negatively impacting the reputation of the person shown at the file;
- use a File in material that implies the endorsement or recommended use of products or services of a certain enterprise or trademark by the person/model involved in the manufacture or distribution of said material.
FILES MARKED “FOR EDITORIAL USE ONLY”
Files marked “For Editorial Use Only” (herinafter “Editorial Images”) are passed to User on the basis of the limited Standard License and cannot be used for commercial purposes or in advertising.
Such files can contain photographs of people without an otherwise standard model release, or private property, recognizable trademarks and other elements which when used for commercial purposes requires special permissions.
Editorial Images can be used for the following purposes:
- publishing: newspapers, magazines, etc;
- entries and publications in blogs and websites;
- articles in generalia, reference books;
- non-commercial use connected to important events;
- non-commercial presentations;
- TV programs;
- personal use;
- other purposes permitted by Depositphotos.
Editorial Images CANNOT be used for:
- any commercial purposes;
- advertising or marketing activity;
- promotion of goods, products, trademarks, etc.
