    On Demand plans

    Downloads within On Demand plans are active for one year. If they remain unused within that time, they will expire.

    On Demand plans will be renewed automatically when the user runs out of downloads, unless the user cancels auto-renewal by changing on-site Settings.

    How to cancel automatic renewal for On Demand plans

    If the user wishes to turn off automatic renewal, they need to log in on the Depositphotos website, go to «Menu»—«On Demand Downloads»—«On/Off» and turn off auto-renewal.

    Note: Depositphotos does not send any notices (email, mail, phone, fax, etc.) regarding an impending On Demand plan renewal.

    How to get a refund for an On Demand plan

    We offer a 30-day period for refunds to users who have not downloaded any files from their plan.

    To request a refund, contact Customer Support within 30 days of renewal. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

    Subscription plans

    All our subscription plans auto-renew by default, so you can get uninterrupted access to downloads. You can cancel your subscription plan anytime.

    How to cancel automatic renewal for Subscriptions

    A user who wishes to cancel automatic renewal of a Subscription plan should log in to the Depositphotos website prior to the end of the Subscription renewal term, go to «Menu»—«Active plans»—«Subscription»—«Settings»—«On /Off» and follow the directions to cancel the current Subscription plan renewal.

    Note: Depositphotos does not send any notices (email, mail, phone, fax, etc.) regarding an impending Subscription plan renewal.

    How to get a refund for a Subscription plan

    After purchasing a Subscription plan, you have 30 days to change your mind and get a full refund. You are eligible for a refund if you have not downloaded any files.

    If you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, we offer a 30-day period for refunds. You can’t request a refund if you have downloaded one or more files.

    To request a refund, contact our Customer Support within 30 days of the purchase or plan renewal of the Subscription plan. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

    How to return downloads to a customer account

    If a file purchased on the website is of inappropriate quality, Depositphotos can, upon verification of defect or deficiency, return downloads to customer accounts.

    The user can submit a request to Support Service and indicate their login, the file identification number, and reason(s) for their complaint.

    Depositphotos reserves sole discretion in determining the viability of any file, and its Quality Assurance specialists will work with the user to reach a fair and equitable resolution, up to and including full reimbursement of all expenses associated with that purchase.

    Discounts & Promo codes

    If the user has a discount, they can take advantage of it at checkout. Discounts apply to a first single purchase only. Discounts do not apply to auto-renewal.

    A promo code is valid for one-time use only.

    Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, and no adjustment can be made on previous purchases.
