RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

The local currency for operations on the Depositphotos are Credits. 1 credit equals 1 US dollar. Credits purchased on the website are not subject to return or exchange.

Credits are good for one year. If they are unused within that time, they will expire.

If a file (a picture) purchased on the website is of inappropriate quality, Depositphotos.com can, upon verification of defect or deficiency, refund credits to customer accounts.

The foundation of reconsideration of the fact of purchasing picture(s) is customers request in the support service with the indication of his/her login, unique identification file number and reasons stating why the picture(s) is (are) unsatisfactory.

The criteria in accordance to which the picture(s) is (are) considered unsatisfactory are determined by the specialists of Depositphotos in each case, upon agreement with the customer.

Depositphotos.com reserves sole discretion in determining the viability of any image, and its Quality Assurance specialists will work with you to reach a fair and equitable resolution, up to and including full reimbursement of all expenses associated with that purchase.

Subscription Plan dues are non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances.
